Changes in Shipping address can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order. No changes will be made once the order is dispatched, even if the order is shipped within 6 hours from the time of order. In case of any unavoidable situation where you have to change the address after the dispatch, there will be an additional charge for the amendment.
If an order is returned to our facility due to an address issue (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts), Instead, customers will have the option to have the order reshipped to a corrected address. Reshipping will require a shipping charge.
All Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. (Orders received on Fridays may take up to 68 hours to dispatch as most delivery services will be working on Saturdays and Sundays). The 48-hour dispatch does not apply during festive seasons. Transit time to deliver the items is between 3-5 working days. Almost every Tamil Nadu order will be delivered on the second day of dispatch, and in rare cases, the delivery will take up to 4 days. Ponni provides Free Delivery(*) across India for all products, with a minimum purchase order value (Order value will be mentioned on the website). A shipping charge will be added during the checkout for orders from India to other countries.
As mentioned under each product, the customer should pay any duties for Canada, the UK, Europe, Sri Lanka, Portugal, Thailand, the Czech Republic, and a few Middle East countries, and Ponni will not bear any duties. For these countries, there will be customs duties. Any duties for the rest of the countries, the duty tax should also be paid by the customer. Ponni will help the customer with customs clearance. If you would like to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place different orders for the different addresses. Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice at your specified shipping address before they inform us that your package is not deliverable. The rates may vary for international orders depending on country and delivery; certain countries add tariffs after the package is accepted. We are not responsible for these additional costs. The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout before you submit payment. Orders once shipped are not eligible for returns.
